Emmanuel Aihevba, a fellow of the Retail Banking Academy (RBA) London, is the Head, Customer Digital Channels at Stanbic IBTC Bank (a member of Standard Bank Group). He is a skilled financial manager, having served in the banking industry for over twenty years, in various business groups. He is a skilled retail banking strategist and executor with a proven track record of turning a loss making business into profit. He is also a certified talent Economist and was recently recognised (September 2016) as an industry veteran at an award ceremony in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Emmanuel is an author and inspirational speaker with a strong bias for Leadership. He successfully completed Leadership Reflections and Insight with the Harvard Business School in July 2009 under the school’s leadership Initiative and he is a member of the advisory board of the Harvard Business Review. He also recently completed Driving Performance through talent management in June 2015 at the Harvard Campus in Boston, MA.

Emmanuel holds an international “action learning” MBA from Business School Netherlands and he is now pursuing a doctorate in Leadership at the Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. He is an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, London; a regular member of the Institute of Leadership and Management in the United Kingdom, and a recipient of the United Nations affiliated Youth Ambassador for Peace award.

Emmanuel is a regular external facilitator with Phillips Consulting and Financial Institutions Training Center (FITC) and he was a member of the faculty that recently trained Senior Managers of the Central Bank of Nigeria on Presentation and speech writing skills. He was also called upon by Fleming Gulf (a Dubai based business intelligence company) to present a paper and lead a workshop at both the 6th and 7th Annual African Retail Banking conference in Johannesburg, South Africa.
