For more than 20 years, Oswald Osaretin Guobadia has been a leader in the information technology (IT) and infrastructure space. He is noted for his work as a founding partner and Executive Vice President at DBH Solutions, but has also made significant contributions at 3Finiti Technology Company, United Bank for Africa and Goldman Sachs. In addition to his expertise in implementing cutting-edge technology and operations optimization, Mr. Guobadia advises both mature and emerging organizations on their IT transformational goals and business development opportunities.

Throughout his career, Mr. Guobadia has developed extensive experience in consultancy, project management, technology deployments and infrastructural buildouts in various industries in the American and Nigerian economies. He brings leadership, innovative management and distinctive expertise to bear on every role he assumes. Presently, Mr. Guobadia leads the operations of DBH Solutions which includes directing the technology consulting division and delivering advisory services and customized solutions to their clients.” He has created impact in many capacities, serving as Virtual CIO, IT advisor for business acquisition deals and direct advisor to CEOs and COOs in their start up activities.

Mr. Guobadia’s interests also span venture capitalism and entrepreneurship, with significant vested interests in mentorship and funding startups. He is actively engaged on several boards, providing guidance and oversight for business operations for Rencap Nigeria, Castlenet Consults and Javelin Africa, to name a few. In 2015, he founded 100Groundnut to support Africa’s fast-emerging startup landscape and business community.Mr. Guobadia holds a Masters in Telecommunications from Pace University and Bachelors in Biology from Wesley College. He currently resides between the Delaware and Lagos. He and his wife, Tanisha, have four children.
