Olusola is the Founder of Project Enable Africa, and Executive Director of Stanforte Edge; a development organization that provides corporate sustainability, impact evaluation & organizational development support services to clients across the private, public and civil society sectors. Through Project Enable Africa, he promotes digital inclusion across Africa, and advocate for the rights of people with disabilities. He recently set up and launched the Inclusion Hub, the first-ever disability-focused digital hub in Nigeria that promotes the access of persons with disabilities (PWD) to ICT skills, opportunities, and assistive technologies. He has produced 3 documentaries (https://youtu.be/t9EcnCCt3ps) which have been screened to an audience of over 10,000 globally.

Olusola is an international development practitioner & researcher; working at the intersection of business and development. In the past 10 years, he has worked with various private, public & development sector organizations, to design & implement programs, policies & researches targeted at improving development outcomes for vulnerable populations and marginalized communities in Africa. He has worked on projects funded by several international development organisations including the American Jewish World Service, DfID, USAID, King Baudouin Foundation, Global Funds for Children, World Bank/IFC, Sightsavers International and foreign Missions to Nigeria; to promote effective and sustainable private sector-led development for underserved populations, with emphasis on Pan-Africanism, inclusion & innovation.

In 2015, following a question he asked President Barack Obama during the Presidential Townhall meeting for young Africans, he was invited to the White House on August 5th to meet with Ambassador Condoleezza Rice. He has since spoken at several international conferences, including the United Nations 60th & 62nd Commission on the Status of Women, New York; African Eye Festival, UK; International AIDS Conference, Durban; and International ICT4D Conference, Uganda; among others. His public engagement goal is to promote African-led development, positioning the continent to harness the dividends of her young demography.
Olusola holds a: Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology (University of Ilorin, Nigeria, 2010); and a Master’s degree in Globalisation, Business & Development from the University of Sussex, UK (2018). He also holds Certificates in: Social Epidemiology (Harvard School of Public Health, 2012); Entrepreneurship (University of Maryland, 2013); Civic Leadership (Wagner College, New York 2015; West Africa Civil Society Institute, Ghana, 2015); and Diploma in Leadership (Daystar Leadership Academy, Nigeria, 2012); and Operations Management (University of Pennsylvania,, 2014).

He is a/an: Organizational Development Certified Professional; 2014 Fellow of the US Consulate Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative; 2014 Fellow of the Sexuality Leadership Development Fellowship; 2015 Fellow of the Civil Society Leadership Institute; 2015 Mandela Washington Fellow; 2016 Associate Fellow of the Nigeria Leadership Initiative; 2016 Tony Elumelu Entrepreneur; 2017 Scholar at the Institute of Development Studies, UK; a 2017 Winner of the US government Alumni Exchange Innovation Funds; 2018 winner of the Google Impact Challenge Funds; and a 2019 Social Innovator of the IE University Africa Centre, Spain.

In 2015, he received the prestigious United States Consul General’s Award, Lagos; and was also recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of his alma mater, the University of Ilorin. He is a recipient of the 2020 Royal African Youth Leadership Forum Award of His Imperial Majesty, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi. He was named a Nigerian Rising Star by the United States Embassy, 2020.
