With the emergence of the digital economy powered by online payments, there is an increasing number of bad actors on both side of the marketplace - merchants and users.

A parallel trend is leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to crunch big data for both preventive and corrective measures to deal with online fraud. And as with all things AI, there’s a need to explore how far machine can go in addressing a human phenomenon.
This session will feature a panel of players in the FinTech space pioneering not just online payments but also developing technologies to put bad actors at bay. The discussion will explore the place of humans and technology in the fight of online fraud.
