Education social enterprises in Africa have often taken the manual approaches to supporting learning and learning experiences in Africa. Only a few like The Bridge International, an American organization working in Africa, has started to employ technology as a core of its education intervention. Another occurrence is that not of lot of education technology companies are thriving at the same level that other sectors that have been aided by technology, are doing. Why is adoption more difficult? In this discussion with panelists who will be leaders of different education social enterprises and technology companies, we go through what ways we may employ technology to accelerate the impact of social enterprises in education to deliver the learning experiences that will truly move education forward in Africa.
