The 'end-user' often referred to as the 'customer' rarely buys what the business thinks it sells him. One reason for this is, of course, that nobody pays for a ‘product.’ What is paid for is satisfaction, and for Food Delivery Mobile Apps in Nigeria, getting the food to the customer just as they ordered it, in a timely manner has rather been a tricky experience but really the customer careless all they want is their desired food on their table in record-breaking time.

Why? Are we designing and building the experience wrongly? How might we rethink the entire process to make sure it is as 'Human' as possible?

Sometimes called “participatory design,” human-centered design focuses on people’s everyday thinking, emotions, and behavior. It is a creative approach to problem-solving that involves the end-user from the very beginning and places them at the center of the digital design process.

In this event, I will be presenting an actual case study of the everyday user experience with food delivery mobile apps in Lagos, comparing them with actual human experiences of getting their desired food.
