According to new research, starting a new workout routine, is the best thing you can do to become more motivated at work and happier in general. With more freedom for self-care outside your work, you could derive even more job satisfaction.
Participating in the 24/7 grind to achieve, get stuff done and stay informed can be stressful, hence work-life balance, could seem like some talk from a fairy tale movie. This really shouldn't be the case because your well-being outside of the work that you do, should be valued.


You might want to trade overtime in the office for some you-time at the gym or some home workout session, to improve your physical wellness. Agreeably, you may not be able to make the big changes at once and it may be hard to achieve at first, but even little changes, can help you feel much better.
