In this session, we will be introducing attendees/participants to the concept of Pranic Healing. Pranic healing is a no-touch, energy-healing modality that accelerates the physical body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Energy exists everywhere; it is within us and all around us. Our physical bodies have this energy within and uses it to heal itself. But this energy within us is not balanced and because of that imbalance, we end up with a multitude of physical and psychological ailments.

With most ailments today being psychosomatic, it is helpful and important to have an understanding of how this imbalance in energy affects our physical body.

Our session will be an experiential one. We will show participants techniques on how to feel this energy. We will describe the aura, give an explanation on energy centres (chakras) and share tips on how to relieve oneself from physical and mental exhaustion. We will also share information on the benefits of energy healing, how it can be used to maintain overall good health.
