Living in this technological and social age, we are seeing that as much as people seem happier and connected, there are a lot of people struggling with pain, unmet desires, unfulfilled expectations and insecurities. Some are real and some are projected upon through social media.
This session will be facilitated by wellness professionals who will equip participants on simple ways to live in the moment and enjoy it without fear of the past or future.
1) We will use simple tools to teach participants
2) To daily eat healthier : Not for weight loss or any other insecurities
3) Include movement into their daily routine,
4) Disengage from technology so they can connect with and grow their physical relationships
Improve the quality of their rest.

The session will be practical and interactive with participant participation throughout.
